My Lucky Stars (Lucky Draw)

• Visitors will be entitled to ONE (1) “My Lucky Stars” lucky draw ticket per registration.
• Each ticket allows only ONE (1) draw by hand.
• Participants are not allowed to insert their hand into the wind chamber machine until the timer begins.
• Participants have only THREE (3) seconds to grab ONE (1) star. Grabbing more than ONE (1) star will result in disqualification.
• Employees of AIC Exhibitions Sdn Bhd and Business Media International, their immediate family members, and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the MCTF are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
• AIC Exhibitions Sdn Bhd has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
• The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
• Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by AIC Exhibitions Sdn Bhd for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
• AIC Exhibitions Sdn Bhd shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond AIC Exhibitions Sdn Bhd’s reasonable control or any malfunctioning of or defect in or failure of any of the prize or any loss of the use of any prize.
• By entering the Lucky Draw or accepting the prizes, you agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against AIC Exhibitions Sdn Bhd, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Lucky Draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

My Lucky Stars (Lucky Draw)

• Complete minimum 2 lines (4 squares per line) to be eligible for extra lucky draw chance.
• Tasks must be completed in good faith.
• MCTF has the right to verify whether the task is considered completed or not.

Pre-registration

• Pre-registrants are only allowed to claim Touch’nGO eWallet credit per name.
• Limited redemption of the Touch’nGo eWallet credit is to be redeemed on a first come first serve basis during check in on 9th and 10th September 2023.
• Touch’nGo eWallet credit can be ONLY redeemed by pre-registered visitors at www.careerfair.asia before 9th September 2023.
• This Touch’nGo eWallet credit is strictly not exchangeable for cash.
• MCTF Management reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

• Photos and Videos: The organiser, event sponsor, its partners or speakers may record the event session or take pictures of all the attendees for marketing and publicity purposes.
• Event Rescheduling and Topic Change: The organiser reserves the right to reschedule, cancel the event or change event topic without prior notice.
