Worldwide Holdings Berhad has always been about progress with purpose. From our early days, we’ve embraced change to stay ahead in a dynamic market. A major turning point came in 1989, when we restructured and relisted on Bursa Malaysia—marking the start of an ambitious new chapter. That same year, we expanded further by integrating assets from three Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor companies, becoming part of a respected investment group.

With over 30 years behind us, we’ve built a diverse portfolio—from property, and infrastructure to energy, waste management, and international ventures. In 2008, we took another big step by becoming a privately held entity under Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS).

Today, we focus on four key sectors: Environment, Energy, Property and Medical. This refined direction reflects our push for sustainable solutions, bold ideas, and meaningful progress.
