The subsequent year, in 2022 marked a significant milestone with a new oZice in Bukit Jalil and close to 100% growth, reaching RM204,895,958.00 in loan approvals. In 2023, the establishment of the subsidiary, MOST Capital Sdn Bhd, and a services agreement with OCBC Bank (M) Bhd showcased the company’s expanding influence.

Specializing in property loan and SME business financing, the elite team of mortgage brokers ensures optimal outcomes for its diverse clientele. Welcoming five new agencies into the cluster group, the business achieved RM267,497,915.00 in total loan approvals. While in 2024, MOST had successfully breakthrough again with RM316,830,445.00 in total loan approvals, and being recognized as the winner of Malaysia SME100 Awards Fast Moving Companies and Nationwide Top 3 Performing Third Party Service Provider by OCBC Malaysia. The cumulative loan approvals from 2021 to 2024 has exceeded RM800 million.
