COMPANY PROFILE

UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd is a joint venture between UMW and Toyota that was founded in 1982. Our corporate office is located in Midvalley City, Kuala Lumpur and we are engaged in assembling, marketing and the sole distribution of Toyota and Lexus motor vehicles in Malaysia. The three subsidiary companies in UMW Toyota Motor Group include:

• Assembly Services Sdn. Bhd. (one of the largest motor assembly plants in Malaysia), assembles select Toyota passenger and commercial vehicles
• Automotive Industries Sdn. Bhd., specializes in producing exhaust systems and world-class automotive components
• Toyota Boshoku UMW Sdn. Bhd., manufactures and supplies high-quality vehicle interior components such as car seats, door trims, package trays and tool bags.
