My Lucky Day (Lucky Draw)

• Visitors will be entitled to ONE lucky draw ticket per registration.
• Participants are only allowed to spin ONE time per ticket.
• Employees of AIC Exhibitions Sdn Bhd and Business Media International, their immediate family members, and any other parties directly involved in organising, promoting, or conducting the MCTF are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
• AIC Exhibitions Sdn Bhd has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
• The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
• Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by AIC Exhibitions Sdn Bhd for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
• AIC Exhibitions Sdn Bhd shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond AIC Exhibitions Sdn Bhd’s reasonable control or any malfunctioning of or defect in or failure of any of the prize or any loss of the use of any prize.
• By entering the Lucky Draw or accepting the prizes, you agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against AIC Exhibitions Sdn Bhd, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Lucky Draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

Starbucks Voucher

• Pre-registrants are only allowed to claim ONE voucher per name.
• Limited redemption of vouchers are to be redeemed on a first come first serve basis during check in on 10th and 11th September 2022.
• Vouchers can be ONLY redeemed by pre-registered visitors at www.careerfair.asia before 10th September 2022.
• The value of the voucher stated herein is in Malaysian Ringgit.
• Redemption only valid at MCTF 10th and 11th September 2022.
• This voucher is strictly not exchangeable for cash or revalidation of expired date on the voucher.
• MCTF shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of this voucher and any of the losses or damages suffered by the bearer of this voucher that arise from or in connection with the loss or damage of the voucher.
• Damaged vouchers will be considered as invalid and will not be replaced.
• Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged with vouchers of other denominations.
• The voucher is valid up to the stipulated expiry date and no extension of date shall be given.
• MCTF Management reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

By signing up for and/or being present at the MCTF event organised or co-organised by AIC Exhibitions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Personal Information. The organiser, its representative, its service provider, event sponsors, its partners, speakers may use and disclose the personal information collected under this form for the purpose of this event and communicating with the registrant regarding products, services or other events.
• Intellectual Property. The content and material in this event (a) are owned by the organiser, its partners or speaker; and (b) are for registrant’s personal, learning and non-commercial use only.
• Photos and Videos. The organiser, event sponsor, its partners or speakers may record the event session or take pictures of all the attendees for marketing and publicity purposes.
• Event Rescheduling and Topic Change. The organiser reserves the right to reschedule, cancel the event or change event topic without prior notice.
