COMPANY PROFILE

CR SEA (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD., (“CRSMSB”), was established in June 2017. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of CR CONSTRUCTION GROUP HOLDINGS LTD., (“CR CONSTRUCTION GROUP”) which is a company listed in Hong Kong.

The establishment of CRSMSB was an effort reacting to the “Belt and Road Initiative”, to develop overseas business in South East Asia. As a fast-growing construction company in Malaysia, CRSMSB covers extensive range of business, essentially undertake local construction projects such as high-rise service apartment, residential hotel, and commercial building. CRSMSB has well established reputation and history in Malaysia construction industry.
